Dormitory "Fafik" is a 4-storey building located in the center of Cracow in the renowned green and quiet area of the city. The dorm is designed for 250 people, which makes it an intimate place, where family atmosphere conducive to study and relaxation. 

The dormitory “Fafik” offers studio apartments, which are mostly used by the participants of the scientific conferences and special University's guests. Apartment consisting of one double or triple room, kitchenette and a bathroom and is equipped with a TV-SAT, wireless internet, phone, radio and kitchen facilities. 

Additionally, the dormitory offers double or triple student rooms (one bathroom per a few rooms). Students have the possibility to use the Internet, phones and refrigerators. The Internet is available in every room. There are kitchen facilities available on each floor. In the dormitory there is also a gym and a TV room.

Distance to the Symposium venue: approximately 3,3 km (25 min drive using public transport).  

Distance to the Main Railway Station: approximately 3 km (35 min walking distance, 20 min drive using public transport).

Room prices: 

Apartment for 2 or 3 person  – 110 PLN / per night/ per apartment (Internet connection and VAT included).

Student room – 30 PLN /per night/per person (Internet connection and VAT included).

Prices not included climatic tax (1,60 PLN /per night/per person). 

Reservation: Room reservations for the IGWT Symposium should be made directly with the university dormitory (phone +48 12 293 79 42; Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
