A number of rooms in different categories have been pre booked for IGWT participants at preferential rates. All hotels are located nearby the Symposium venue or in the city of Cracow.

Hotel reservation

Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel and should be done early to guarantee your space. While making your reservation by e-mail, phone or fax, please mention that you are attending the 19th IGWT Symposium in order to have access to the reserved rooms.  IGWT Symposium holds a block of rooms, not to be sold to the general public, this block of rooms can be guaranteed until 31th of July, 2014. After this date rooms can be booked upon availability. The payment of your stay will be settled in the hotel.
